By registering for a Platinum Membership with Cherokee Boat Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Activation

Platinum Membership benefits, including access to the reservation system and boating privileges, are contingent upon completion of all onboarding requirements, including orientation.

2. Mandatory Orientation Requirement

All members must complete the Cherokee Boat Club Orientation Session prior to operating or reserving any boats. The orientation is designed to ensure safety, confidence, and a high-quality experience on the water. Members may not operate or reserve boats until orientation has been successfully completed.

3. Orientation Fee & Payment Acknowledgment

An orientation fee is required and is due at the time of training. This fee covers instruction, safety training, and hands-on operational guidance. Orientation fees are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or completed. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to pay the orientation fee and any applicable membership dues and fees at the time of orientation.

4. Reservation System Access

Members will receive access to the reservation system upon account activation. However, booking privileges may be restricted until orientation is completed.

5. Member Responsibility

Members agree to: Operate all boats safely and responsibly. Follow all Cherokee Boat Club policies and boating guidelines. Respect scheduled reservation times and equipment.
